Refund Policy

Last updated: 2026-05-15

Ride Legal is committed to providing a professional, transparent, and high-quality experience across all registration and ownership support services. If you are dissatisfied with a product or service you have received, please contact our team so we can review your concerns and determine the best path forward.

Refund eligibility depends on the status of your order, the services already performed, and whether filings or documentation processing have begun. Ride Legal reviews refund requests individually and works to provide fair resolutions whenever possible.

Since work on most registration and titling orders begins shortly after purchase, refund requests submitted more than 24 hours after the order date may be subject to a $50 administrative processing fee. For orders involving Montana LLC formation, entity filing may begin shortly after all required information is submitted. If cancellation occurs after the LLC has been filed, refunds may be reduced by up to $300 to cover filing and processing costs. Ownership of the LLC will remain with the client and may be used for future services or other permitted purposes. Completed services are generally non-refundable. Examples may include VIN checks, temporary tags, completed registrations, titling services, and processed filings. If services have already been partially performed prior to a refund request, refund eligibility and amounts will be reviewed based on the work completed. For financed vehicle transactions, certain lenders may restrict registration processing if ownership documents such as the title or Manufacturer’s Certificate of Origin (MCO) are unavailable. In these cases, administrative verification fees may apply. Submission of fraudulent, altered, or misleading documentation may affect refund eligibility.

Orders may be considered overdue if required paperwork is not submitted within 90 days. In these situations, refund eligibility may no longer apply, and additional fees could become necessary if state filing requirements or DMV processes change during the delay period. Ride Legal may periodically contact clients regarding overdue documentation. If additional time is needed, please contact our team to discuss available options.
